Refunds are issued according to the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for COD (Cash on Delivery).

Refunds are accepted under the following cases:
- In case of Product Quality Issue and size issue, the refund mode will be STORE CREDIT or ONLY IMPORTED E-Wallet.
- If our reverse pickup service is not available at your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by us up to Rs 80 in Only Imported Wallet as a store credit. Pin Codes for the reverse pick up are limited or less as compared to pin codes for forwarding the products.
- You must have to produce/show the bill at the time of reverse pick up.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories or any bonus items.
To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
